Protection of personal data

-The insured person is familiar with the privacy statement of the insurance company and UNIQA GROUP AUSTRIA JSC to collect and process personal data and information which is needed for the administration of the insurance contract for the provision of services to policyholders and beneficiaries                          including the treatment of damage to the delivery of new products or services, based on the relevant laws in force (Law no. 9887, dated 10.03.2008, "On                          protection of personal data") and the transfer of personal data to third parties for insurance or business purposes which guarantee                          also the protection of personal data. In any case, the protection of personal data will be made in accordance with the rules and procedures                          stipulated in Law no. 9887, dated 10.03.2008, "On protection of personal data.

The right of information

-The Insured has the right to be informed by the insurer on the conditions, procedures and terms of coverage and / or benefit from the provision, information which before signing the contract begins and continues throughout the period of validity.
